Laura has more than 20 years of experience helping senior managers across geographies and sectors to define their professional objectives and identify the most effective ways to achieve them. Since 2011, Laura has been an independent executive and career coach, and at LBS currently works with the Sloan Masters in Leadership and Strategy and Senior Executive Programme participants.
For 10 years Laura led the coaching and skills development practice for all the graduate programmes at LBS and was the dedicated coach for the most senior participants, the Sloans and Global Executive MBAs. Prior to LBS, Laura was a Director for a boutique career consultancy specialising in business leaders and worked with executive search firms Heidrick & Struggles and Curzon Partnership. She began her involvement in people development at SDA Bocconi, heading the Career Services and Marketing for all graduate programmes. Previously, she worked in strategy with a multinational chemical company.
Laura has lived in London, Singapore and Italy. She holds an MSc in Coaching and Career Management from Birkbeck, University of London. Laura is also a qualified user of ability tests and developmental instruments including NEO PI-R, 360-degree feedback, emotional intelligence and other career development tools such as CareerLeader.
Nathalie is an accomplished Career and Executive Coach with 20 years of experience in the field. She operates independently in helping her clients with Career Change and Transitioning, Career Strategy, CV Reviews, Interview Practice and Networking. She advises a diverse range of international corporates and professionals, at all seniority levels. Using a pragmatic and strategic approach to career management, she assists clients in identifying new career paths and guides them through the job search process.
Nathalie has been working closely with the London Business School (LBS) since 1999. She offers career coaching services to LBS’s Alumni across all business sectors, including, in particular, Financial Services on the sell and buy-side (M&A, Capital Markets, Sales & Trading, Asset Management, PWM, PE/VC etc.)
Nathalie’s background is in Investment Banking, having previously worked for nearly 10 years as a Corporate Finance and M&A professional.
She is bilingual and able to coach in both English and French, and is ‘Strong’ certified (Fields of Interests Assessment Test). She is a graduate from ESCP Europe, has an MBA from the University of Ottawa and is also an Investment Management Program (IMP) and Corporate Finance Program (CFP) alumni from LBS.
Nicholas is passionate about bringing out the best in people and their organisations. His interest in coaching stems from his own experience in personal transformation that saw him re-examining his career, passions and priorities, and taking bold steps in realigning and realising his personal and career visions. He facilitates corporate training programmes on coaching skills as a management and leadership resource, presentation skills, team effectiveness, personal leadership, intergenerational communication and change management.
Nicholas is a graduate of the Master in Organisational Coaching at the University of Sydney, and has an MBA from LBS. He holds the credential of Associate Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation, as well as the CFA charter and CPA (Australia). He has more than 10 years of experience in various management positions in leading teams and managing P&L at one of the largest international banking groups in Hong Kong and as Finance Director at his family textile and garment business in Indonesia. He is the co-author of Much Ado About Coaching and Translating Coaching Codes of Practice. Nicholas is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Marina is a well-rounded professional with 15 years experience within international blue-chip and privately-owned fast growth organizations, having held senior HR, Business Management and Talent Development positions in the UK, South-Eastern Europe and the Middle East. She combines her strong business acumen, experience in leading multicultural teams and pragmatic approach in building value-adding leadership development programmes. She managed Global Talent Development & Diversity portfolio at British American Tobacco, a company operating in 180 markets, and directly contributed to strengthening talent pipeline and high-performance culture.
Marina is an experienced Executive Coach specialised in the leadership and career development. In 2016, Marina started working at London Business School as the Lead Executive & Career Coach for the Leadership Programmes supporting senior professionals in achieving their full potential. In 2018, Marina moved from London to Dubai to continue her career in the leadership development space in the Middle East. She is the Co-Founder of the company specialised in talent development and diversity management and works for the London Business School as the Leadership & Alumni Coach.
Marina is certified Executive and Personal Performance Coach and holds International Coach Federation (ICF) credential. Her engaging style encourages both practical and sustainable improvement for her clients. She uses various psychometric and career advising tools to support specific client needs.
Marina has a PhD in Organisational Psychology and HR Management (Birkbeck, University of London). She is a great believer in the importance of the life-long learning and continuous personal and professional development. Marina served on the Board of Professional Women’s Network (PWN) in the UK. During her two year appointment she promoted inclusion and diversity practices and worked with PWN corporate members committed to building high-performance organizations. She mentors individuals with disadvantaged backgrounds and regularly contributes to the forums aimed at developing inclusive and engaging culture.
