London Business School IT help and support is delivered through the web-based 'My HelpDesk', which is accessed through Portal. My HelpDesk enables a single point of access for all IT help and support needs and provides extensive self-help resources.
Through My HelpDesk you can, for example:
 

  • Log a call.

 

  • Report a fault.

 

  • Log a request.

 

  • Log a service quality observation.

 

  • Request a purchase such as software installation.

 

  • Search the FAQs and knowledge base to find out more about IT services including help on using Portal and Portal troubleshooting.
