Sloan Fellowship tuition fees

Sloan Fellowship tuition fees for the programme commencing September 2008 are £42,900.00. The fees include:

  • tuition
  • core course textbooks and reading materials
  • elective course reading materials
  • flights and accommodation for international assignment.

 

Sloan Fellows are a mix of sponsored (approximately 20 per cent) and self-sponsored students (approximately 80 per cent). Please see the Employers page for more information on company sponsorship. External Scholarships from British Council Chevening Awards

Each year the Sloan Fellowship welcomes between two and five Sloan Fellows with British Council funding. All applicants must complete the Sloan Fellowship application process as well as the British Council scholarship application in order to join the Sloan Fellowship. In recent years, Sloan Fellows supported by British Council Chevening Awards have been welcomed from Brazil, India, Croatia and Nigeria. Loan Schemes

HSBC - London Business School Loan Scheme

London Business School offers a loan scheme in partnership with HSBC Bank, which is available to participants on degree programmes, including Sloan Fellows. The loan is designed to cover tuition fees and living expenses up to the greater of two-thirds of salary earned by the participant in the 12 months prior to the programme start, or £10,000, whichever is the greater sum. Visit the Funding page for more information.

Federal Stafford Loan Programme

US citizens or nationals, or permanent US residents without conditions, may be eligible for a Federal Stafford Loan. All applicants are required to complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) application. Please visit the Federal Student Aid website for more information.

MBA Private Loans

The MBA Private Loan offered through MBA Loans (Sallie Mae) is an established provider of US loans. Nellie Mae provides the funding for the MPL.  However, students may work through any lending institution of their choice. This loan is available to US citizens, nationals and permanent residents. Please visit the Sallie Mae website for more information.

Association of MBAs (AMBA) - NatWest MBA Loan

Permanent UK residents (i.e. three years minimum residency prior to commencement of study) are eligible to apply. Successful applicants are expected to contribute 20 per cent of tuition fees. Please see the Association of MBAs website for more information.
