"We review our portfolio and service offering on a yearly basis and have identified a need to remodel our skills development programme in agreement with each intake as the Sloan Fellowship programme attracts such a diverse group of students, who each have quite individual experiences and requirements. By developing a strong relationship with Sloan Fellows, we help them identify how to achieve their individual career goals. We are really focused on capturing each student's individual needs, so that they leave the School feeling confident about their career choices." Laura Renoldi, Associate Director for Skills Development & Coaching, Career Services |
Beyond a traditional MBA
The seniority, extent of experience and diversity of career objectives that Sloan Fellows bring to the programme means that traditional MBA recruitment opportunities, such as student placements and milkrounds, are not appropriate. Instead, Sloan Fellows have access to their own portfolio of recruitment events such as headhunter lunches and industry briefings.
