Beesley Lectures

The Beesley Lectures in Regulation 2007

A series of 8 evening lectures organised by Professor Colin Robinson, the Institute of Economic Affairs and Professor Leonard Waverman, London Business School.

The lecture series is entitled 'The Beesley Lectures' in memory of Professor Michael Beesley, of the London Business School and a Managing Trustee of the Institute of Economic Affairs. Michael, one of the leading applied economists of his generation, and an architect of the British system of utility regulation, founded the series in 1991 and organised it until his death in 1999.

The lectures are held at the Institute of Directors, 116 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5ED every Thursday evening from 27th September to 15th November 2007.
