Students provide research and/or teaching assistance as part of their on-going training.
"Students are encouraged to engage in research early in the Programme: my first year supervisor gave me an opportunity to assist in his project starting from my second semester. Not only did I have a chance to learn how things are done and to have 'hands-on' experience, but I was also encouraged to provide my input for the development of the study. The fact that faculty persuade you to submit for publication even your early works greatly fosters self-confidence in our ability to produce high-quality research."
