Accounting and Financial Analysis; Valuation; and Funding, Risk and Restructuring are available in both evening and daytime formats so you have the flexibility to choose the option that best suits your schedule. Advanced Corporate Finance is an intensive programme offered in the daytime format.

Accounting and Financial Analysis (available in evening and daytime formats)
Use accounting data and financial analysis techniques to assess a company's strength and measure the return that a company is earning on its capital. Gain a firm grounding in the issues relating to corporate governance and key regulatory frameworks and their subsequent impact on financial statements.
Valuation (available in evening and daytime formats)
Equip yourself with the key valuation techniques required to correctly appraise financial decisions and accurately value companies. Beginning with the basics, you will progress through to more complex valuations. Upon completion of this programme you will be able to evaluate investment projects, and understand capital market behaviour, risk and the cost of capital.
Funding, Risk and Restructuring (available in evening and daytime formats)
Gain the tools you need to manage a company's financial risk effectively. This programme also includes an in-depth analysis of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, capital structure and company financing options.
Advanced Corporate Finance (daytime format only)
A natural follow-on from the first three Corporate Finance programmes, Advanced Corporate Finance introduces you to the realm of complex financial decision making. Learn how to tackle intricate valuations to make effective corporate financing decisions.
