A natural follow-on to our Corporate Finance programmes, Advanced Corporate Finance takes you into the realm of complex financial decision-making. You will use advanced financial tools to look at:
- financial policy in practice
- capital structure decisions
- valuation in emerging markets
- practical issues in estimating cost of capital.
Programme content
The programme uses real business case studies drawn from various industries and countries, including many emerging markets. Participants will learn to adapt advanced financial techniques to handle the real-world complexities of each situation.
Participants will work with advanced valuation techniques including discounted cash flow methods, relative valuation, decision trees and simulations to examine such key issues as:
- optimal capital structure
- payout policy
- project finance
- investments in emerging markets
- valuation impacts of corporate governance.
