MSO (Operations and Technology Management)

The Operations and Technology Management branch of the newly merged Management Science & Operations subject area, at London Business School, forms a specialist unit in key research and teaching areas of operational competitiveness, service and experience design, supply chain and technology management.

Formed in 1993 at the outset of major economic changes brought by technology and the Internet,  the OTM subject area, which also includes a research centre, is internationally recognized for its work in operations and technology management in both manufacturing and service industries. The  OTM group also develops teaching tools and materials such as simulations and Case Studies. The work of the Centre falls into four main areas:
