PhD Programme
The PhD programme in Organisational Behaviour is designed to train students to become outstanding and creative scholars in the field who will be sought after as faculty in leading business schools, universities, and research institutions throughout the world.
We expect you to take four years to complete the PhD. In that time we expect you to learn to conduct original empirical research, tutor and teach, and socialise yourself in the traditions of the field. Our programme has two broad phases. The first two years focus on coursework (12 courses over two years). In your last two years the focus is on conducting original research.
There is a new intake of students in Autumn each year. Applications should be submitted to the PhD Programme Office by 15 January for entry into the Programme in October of the same year.
