School thanks Capital Society members at annual dinner

London Business School thanked 180 of its most generous donors at the annual Capital Society Dinner on 6 November.

Held at the Victoria and Albert Museum, the evening included a welcome from Governing Body Chairman, Sir John Ritlbat. He said, “Tonight is our opportunity, as a School, to show our deep gratitude and heart-felt appreciation to each one of you for your leadership in supporting us in the year.”

Capital Society members are those alumni and other friends of the School whose gifts in the financial year are above £1,000. In just three years, Capital Society membership has increased 67%. Last year, membership rose 16%. The Society now counts 274 members.

Dean Robin Buchanan told guests, “London Business School is a stronger institution because of your generosity.”
