LondonBusinessSchoolis delighted to invite you to this timely event with Professor John Kay [http://www.johnkay.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/bio.pdf] , following the very recent publication of his final report [http://www.johnkay.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/bio.pdf] on investment inUK equity markets and its impact on the long-term performance and governance ofUK quoted companies.
In this seminar, Professor Kay will discuss the conclusions of his review, and recommendations for future action.
This will be followed by a panel discussion with leading market participants and will be chaired by Lord Myners CBE [http://www.johnkay.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/bio.pdf] , former Financial Services Secretary and Government Spokesperson, HM Treasury 2008-10.
