Help choosing the right video file

There are two speeds that you can choose to download. The quality of the video you are watching often depends on the speed of your connection. If you are experiencing a problem with the streaming video use a lower capacity stream.

* Fast - for Broadband/ADSL users who have an "always on" higher capacity internet connection either at home or work.
* Slow - for users who have standard Dial-up connections, that connect to the internet with a modem on a regular phone line.
