The Mergers and Acquisitions programme is designed for senior executives and those with responsibility for acquisitions. This four-day programme aims to help you frame and implement mergers and acquisitions strategies to develop competitive advantage and shareholder value. Developed in conjunction with Columbia Business School, Mergers and Acquisitions at London Business School is distinctly international in focus.
The programme focus falls into 3 parts. Firstly the strategic role of acquisitions, then accounting, finance and valuation and lastly post-acquisition integration.

Drawing on experienced faculty and practitioners from both sides of the Atlantic, this programme will provide you with the necessary frameworks and tools to enable you to participate with confidence in all stages of the acquisitions process.

The Mergers & Acquisitions programme is designed for senior corporate executives, business unit managers and their advisors who need to understand how mergers and acquisitions can build competitive advantage and shareholder value.
