  • London Business School encourages learning and professional development - both on and off campus - for all members of staff.
  • Full-time staff are entitled to 27 days annual leave in each calendar year, excluding public holidays.
  • Depending on job level, you will be entitled to join either the Universities' Superannuation Scheme (USS) or the London Business School Group Personal Pension and associated Death Benefit Scheme. Both schemes are contributory.
  • All staff are eligible to receive life cover (irrespective of whether or not they belong to a pension scheme).
  • The School operates an interest free season ticket loan scheme for public transportation, loaning up to 12% of annual salary interest free.
  • The School's fully-equipped gym, which includes a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, is available free of charge to staff and their partners.
  • Preferential rates are available on selected BUPA private health insurance schemes.
  • Staff have access to the School's business library, one of the most comprehensive of its kind in Europe.
