At the end of Financial Accounting and Analysis you will be able to:

At the end of Corporate Finance and Valuation you will be able to:
- evaluate investment projects and other decisions financial consequences
- value companies
- understand capital market behaviour, risk and cost of capital
- apply the ideas in an international context.
At the end of Corporate Finance and Risk Management Policy you will be able to:
- design a company's capital structure strategy
- raise funds effectively
- design a basic risk management strategy
- assess the merits of mergers and other restructuring activities
- undertake long-term financial planning.
Past participants find that attending all three modules is most valuable. However, applications to single modules will be considered, space permitting.

Upon completion of all three modules, you become an alumnus of London Business School and have access to a number of events and lectures, as well as our online community.
Accreditation
London Business School is registered with the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute (CFA), the Securities and Investment Institute (SII) and the Law Society as an approved provider of professional development programmes. Participants on the Corporate Finance Modular Programme will be awarded with credit hours towards their Continual Professional Development (CPD). Each module is eligible for 40 credit hours as granted by the CFA Institute, 43.5 credit hours of the SII and additionally, 43.5 credit hours of the Law Society.
