Senior Executive Programme

Who's it for?

The Senior Executive Programme is designed for high-calibre executives who want an intensive, general management experience to invigorate their ability to lead, inspire and transform their organisations. Participants from public, private, forprofit and not-for-profit sectors join today's leaders from around the globe, creating a world-class, multicultural executive forum. Inspiring you to improve business performance.

Participants typically bring more than fifteen years of relevant management expertise and have responsibility for determining the future direction of their organisation, managing complexity, transforming their organisations and inspiring the individuals with
whom they work. Participants from public and non-profit organisations, in addition to commercial entities, create a balanced, thought-provoking experience.

On average, three-quarters of the participants are from outside the UK. Since its inception in 1966, close to 2000 business leaders of more than 95 nationalities have attended the Senior Executive Programme.
