Who's it for?

High Performance People Skills for Leaders participantSenior professionals or executives for whom interaction with other people is a key element of your role. Your position is one where you need to build effective working relationships, within your organisation and/or with clients you deal with regularly. It is not necessary for you to have a large number of direct reports, but you must be able to identify at least seven key individuals (colleagues or clients) who can provide feedback on your interpersonal skills via an anonymous 360-degree survey.
