Essentials of Leadership
Who's it for?
The Essentials of Leadership programme is designed for those in a leadership position, who are looking for guidance and inspiration as to how to
develop further and improve their performance.
Participants include Directors and General Managers, or those who are new to a significant leadership role and wish to receive guidance and inspiration to help improve their performance.
Participants should be able to identify at least four direct reports (or alternatively, peers and superiors) in order to take part in the 360-degree survey.
