Essentials of Leadership explores the six demands of leadership and how core leadership skills can be learnt and applied. The intensive five day leadership programme will take you from the personal dimensions of your own leadership style and capability through to the organisational dimensions of leading change and shaping corporate culture.
Through a comprehensive 360-degree feedback survey, you'll explore your own ability to be an effective leader. You'll learn where to focus your energies in order to have greater influence back at the office. And importantly, you'll understand where you can act with confidence, knowing where colleagues see your strengths as a leader.
Essentials of Leadership is designed for those in a leadership position, who are looking for guidance and inspiration as to how to develop further and improve their performance.
At the end of this leadership programme you will be ready to use the new skills you have acquired to tackle future decisions with a new degree of confidence and certainty.
Essentials of Leadership takes place for 5 days at London Business School on the following dates:
