Emerging Leaders Programme
Who's it for?
Typically participants have between five and ten years of work experience, and less than five years of management experience.
The Emerging Leaders Programme attracts a dynamic and energetic group of emerging leaders who want to drive their organisation forward. You'll join a group of high potential technical or functional specialists who are in, or about to take on their first management role. Who you learn with is almost as important as what you learn. At least 18 nationalities are represented on each programme.
To ensure the right levels of experience and potential, the programme director leads a rigorous selection process interviewing every applicant. You'll join a group of emerging leaders who are facing similar challenges as you, drawn from a cross section of different industries, functions and cultures.
