The Emerging Leaders Programme (ELP) aims to have a direct impact on your behaviour in the workplace. The transition to a first leadership role requires that you move from making an individual contribution to creating results through inspiring others to higher performance.

To help this transition and to ensure you create the necessary impact, this executive development programme gives you a broader strategic understanding of the business, greater self-awareness and the enhanced personal skills to make things happen.
 
The programme uses a combination of innovative learning methodologies: business simulation, learning journals, one-to-one coaching and teamwork assignments to provide you with the relevant business insights and develop your business skills. All elements are closely connected and enable you to get the most from your programme experience.

Typically participants of this executive development programme have over three years' work experience and are high-potential technical or functional specialists who are in, or about to take on their first management role.

Emerging Leaders Programme takes place at London Business School and has a modular format with two and one weeks, supported by virtual learning technology throughout an eleven week period. It will be held on:
