We are very pleased to invite you to the third event of the Organisational Development Speaker Series - The Future of Work and Organisational Innovation in the Next Economic Cycle.
The Human Capital Alumni Club has created its Organisational Development Speaker Series in order to facilitate discussion between HR practitioners and line managers. The series promotes an open debate on cutting-edge issues in strategic organisational change and talent management. In the third masterclass of the series, Prof. Lynda Gratton will give insights in the future of work and organisational innovation for the next wave of economic growth.
Lynda Gratton is a global authority on the people's implications of strategy. She actively advises blue-chip companies across the world and has published numerous books and articles. At present, she is heading a global Future of Work research consortium that brings together executives from around the world to engage in the on-going research about the future of work and adoption of innovative future proofed organisational practices. The consortium is observed by the Financial Times and the Economist.
The event will be facilitated by Oxana Popkova from the Human Capital Alumni Club.
