Who is the Executive MBA designed for?

Our Executive MBA enables high-calibre, experienced managers, executives and entrepreneurs to combine world-class business education with their professional lives.

EMBA students hold positions of responsibility in their organisations and with a typical range of between four to 22 years of managerial experience, they have much to contribute to class discussions. They are also at a level where they can immediately apply what they learn in the classroom in a professional context.

The diversity of the EMBA class is another aspect that enriches the learning. Some 65-75% of EMBA students come from outside the UK and a huge variety of industries and job functions are represented.

The motivations of Executive MBA participants are typically:

  • Career acceleration
  • Enhanced management skill set
  • Personal development
  • New challenge
