Sponsorship and company support
Around 50 per cent of Executive MBA students are sponsored either partially or fully by their employers. However, all of them have their employers´ full support in terms of the time commitment to attend classes - and this is vital if you are to succeed on the programme. Securing this kind of commitment from your company is not easy, and usually involves drawing up a detailed business case outlining your reasons for wanting to do the Executive MBA and the benefits that you feel it will bring not only to yourself but to the company. To help you draft such a document, we have put together a sample business case.
Students who pay NI contributions in the UK may wish to consider a salary sacrifice scheme with their employers, which can save both the student and the employer money. London Business School cannot provide individual advice on salary sacrifice arrangements and prospective students are recommended to contact their employer or a tax advisor about this option.
