Management experience
Typically EMBA students have between five to 22 years of relevant experience. Management experience is a broad term and can include the management of people, budgets, projects, resources or processes. We are looking for people who hold positions of responsibility and are decision makers in their role.
Leadership potential
We are interested in recruiting people who have the potential to become leaders. EMBA candidates are proactive, driven and have the ability to set and achieve goals.
Career progression
We are looking for people who can show healthy career progression during their employment history.

Academic abilities
An undergraduate degree granted by a recognised university, or other suitable professional qualifications is required. Non-graduates are occasionally accepted on the programme and must be able to demonstrate exceptional work experience and a strong GMAT score.
International exposure or intercultural awareness
Having a global outlook is vital to achieving success on the EMBA programme. With more than 20 countries represented in a typical class, it is essential that candidates demonstrate their ability to work with people from different backgrounds. We would also like to see evidence of working successfully in cross-cultural teams.
Team skills
The programme focuses on collaborative learning. EMBA participants are able to work effectively within teams, contributing and sharing ideas and showing flexibility and respect to different approaches.
