We aim to provide world-class information and technology services and support to faculty, students, staff and alumni 24x7 – on campus or anywhere in the world. We believe in business excellence, and will continuously improve services, expand content and extend access to our users.
  
Technology resources available to the London Business School community include:  

• A robust secure wired network with global access and strict security measures including firewalls, anti-spam and virus protection. We provide high-capacity data management and online remote data storage, back-up and recovery services.

• Secure wireless network and internet access across campus.

• Well-equipped networked lecture theatres including independent twin projection and wireless control interfaces.

• Digital video facilities, including video editing, DVD creation and hosting and streaming video media files.

• Remote meeting conferencing and collaboration tools including video conferencing suites and mobile units sharing of files and e-white-boarding.

• Over 350 student desktop computers in labs and seminar roomsd.

• High-capacity e-mail accessible globally. Life-long e-mail address forwarding service for alumni.
     

Portal is our secure network web gateway designed to enable everyone associated with the School to keep in touch, exchange ideas, share information and access course materials. Portal resources include:
 

• On-line course rooms provide students with course material, class lists and other academic services.

• School directory. A fully searchable detailed address book to facilitate contact with other London Business School faculty, students, staff and alumni.

• Clubs, discussion and classifieds. Join or start a wide range of clubs ranging from professional interest, regional, to social and sporting. Participate in a lively forum and debate topical issues. Buy and sell items, offer or find a place to live, promote an event, find out about the latest jobs available exclusively to the School community…and more.

• Library resources and services.
